Welcome to the Hemmingwood Homeowners Association site. Its purpose is to provide information pertinent to our neighborhood and residents, and to keep everyone informed of news and events that occur in our own community, county and state as they apply to our neighborhood. The HHOA is governed by a board of volunteer directors who are elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members' compliance with the established Covenants and By-Laws of the Association, as well as the HHOA Architectural Standards and Use Restrictions Guidelines document, which provides a clearer understanding of Article X of the CC&Rs. It is these documents that preserve the integrity of our community and keep it up to the standards that make our neighborhood so beautiful and running well.
